How to transfer items and pets to new account?

Hello! I made a new account yesterday bc I couldn't find my login info. But, I did find it today and looked through it and am just embarrassed by my much younger self. So I'd like to transfer my stuff to my new account and sort of archive and forget this old one bc YIKES.jpg young Attie was the posterchild for cringe city XD
But I did work really hard to get all my pets and I still want them all these years later.
(I will be sorting them and putting ones I might not want up for adoption by opening an adoption center)
So, I'm just wondering who I would need to contact?

You need to send in a help ticket to an admin. You can't transfer pets from your old account to your new account because that renders as cheating which is against the rules.

Just any staff? Bc I was wondering if there is someone specific I should talk to?

I've had a similar issue about a month ago, where I made a new account but found this one. I was able to send a help ticket to the staff, and they transferred my pets on my new account to this one.

Unfortunately you can't transfer from old to new; it has to be new to old. If you don't want to see your posts, just report them and ask mods to delete them for you.

Hi,

Please send in a help ticket to discuss this with staff. Users are only allowed to be in control of one account, so an admin will be able to advise you about deactivating one of them and what to do about your pets.
