New Signature Scenes not loading

Hello!

So I’ve been trying to get the signature scenes to work. I’ll sit for awhile on the loading screen, but nothing happens. I tried changing browsers, from chrome to safari, and trying different backgrounds, but no matter what I do, it sits on the loading screen. I’ve been sitting on one loading screen for a good 5-6 minutes now, not sure why it isn’t working. I’m on my iPad, does that have anything to do with it? Thanks for any help!

**EDIT: I got it to load on my android, chrome browser. I haven’t tried it on a computer yet. Maybe it’s just an iOS issue?

*****EDIT 2: I also got it to load on my laptop on the chrome browser. It looks like it’s an iOS issue.

It hasn’t been working for me either. I use an iPhone Your not alone

Interesting, glad I’m not alone! I wonder if anyone on any type of device has been able to get it to work.

it never loads for me either. i just click refresh or f5 to hard refresh the page, and then it loads!

I just tried refreshing it on my iPad and that totally worked like a charm! It’s loaded on my iPad now! Thanks so much!(:
