Why would you need a new account? You can change your user name in the my account settingsa.(I don't know if that's why) But if you are doing this to get around the COPPA rules, they will eventually catch you anyway, and I believe the punishment would be alot harsher than waiting until you are 13. You might want to think before you create a second account.

For what reason would you need a fresh start? Creating multiple accounts for any reason is prohibited.

You used a second account to gain more pets for yourself, giving you an unfair advantage. So, you do risk being banned regardless of what trades you are participating in.
