Trading page is messed up

When I try to do a trade now, it doesn't come up with an option to look in my groups or my trading partner's groups. It only has "add pet by ID" and it also does not have an option to add items. Here is a screenshot (I've cropped it so it's not so big) :

Try this as well as just reloading your page c:

This issue is occurring because you have not nested your BBCode tags properly. You need to close your tags opposite of how you opened them. Think of them wrapping around each other.

Your tags should look like this:

[b][u][color=red]Hello![/color][/u][/b]

Your tags looked more like this:

[color=red][u][b]Hello![/color][/u][/b]

I've edited your trade rules so you should no longer have this issue. ^^

I'm still having the issue, unfortunately. My codes had been that way for years, but this issue is new. I was able to trade normally on January 9th (I hadn't tried to trade again until early this morning).

I did refresh the page when I first noticed the issue, that didn't help either. I'm not sure how to clear the browser cache or whatever on the I-pad. Normally, I would say it might be the device, but I've been using this same device on this site for a couple of years, so I don't see how that can be an issue. Just to be sure, I'm going to try it on my phone.


Edit: it seems to work on my phone browser, but was working on my tablet browser last month. Weird.

Thanks for your help. Sorry it didn't even occur to me earlier that it could be my tablet browser. Both tablet and phone use safari, but the tablet is old.

i could have sworn this issue used to be in the FAQ thread, maybe it still is and I just can't see it, but from what I remember the solution was to make sure you have cookies enabled in your browser, so I would suggest trying that.

Also, I don't think bad coding in your trade rules would be the issue, because that's more commonly known to cause issues with other people trying to trade you (such as giving them an error that nothing was selected). It doesn't really make sense to me that it would be the cause anyway because you're not on your own trading page. Maybe if the other user had bad coding, but if it's happening with everyone you trade with that also wouldn't be the issue.

Edit: Did a search for the same issue and it's actually not cookies, it's Javascript, so make sure you have Javascript enabled.

I have the same Issue...

Sorry, I didn't notice this Thread and opened a separate/parallel one...:
- 'Add Pets' + 'Add Items' + 'Add C$' Buttons have disappeared

In "my" Thread, I pinpoint the Issue to being related to my Browser (PM26) not supporting the final '#' Char at the end of the URL's for the missing Buttons and Links...

I am also experiencing this issue. Only on my phone, my tablet seems to be fine. I have tried clearing cookies and browser data and Java is enabled.

I've added a fix which I think might fix this issue, please try refreshing the edit trade page and see if it comes back.

Unfortunately it's still not showing up for me. Tried reloading and clearing my browser data again.
