The available positions page lists out what they are looking for in applicants, 2+ hours most days in the week appears to be the minimum for new applicants!

Spend 2+ hours on CS most days of the week - it takes time to get moderating done, especially when you also need to fit in your own trading and forum posting. If you don't have much time for the role, please don't apply.
