Sending a big-ish welcome gift to a new user

My boyfriend joined CS last month and I wanted to give him a bunch of cool pets I know he'd like just as a starter. We did a trade once and got a warning about unfair trades between users of same IP and all, so I didn't really send much stuff, just traded mostly fairly. Should I submit a ticket to the staff to approve the gift or is that only for people who are quitting and want to send all their pets to someone else? I really don't wanna risk my account

While generally a gift isn't an issue so long as both accounts are clearly players, if you are concerned, I would definitely suggest sending a help ticket. Always best to err on the side of caution in my opinion.
