Oekaki Drawing Problem

So the past few months to a year, anytime I use my wacom intuous pro with oekaki, it creates these jagged lines and the pen lags. I use the Chrome browser on a windows 10 pc. My tablet driver, computer, and chrome are all up to date (as of 12/3*). It does not do this on my other two art programs, Krita and Medibang Paint Pro. I haven't been using oekaki nearly as much as I used to because of this and cannot find a solution on my own. Thanks to whoever helps ^^

*Update 12/3: I've downloaded the JTablet plugin linked here, which fixed the lag issue, but the lines are still jagged. Everything has been updated if needed (chrome).

+ I have the same issue as well wish my Apple Pencil. It can freeze the whole screen and lag the lines- which sucks.
