Releasing my on-hold PMs?

Hello,
I need help releasing my on-hold PMs. I received a message this morning, but my inbox was full so it was placed on hold. I deleted all the messages in my inbox, but I still can’t see my new message.

All you have to do is click Release all on-hold messages...

I think for me, what I did was click on the text that reads 'Release all on-hold messages". Hopefully that works for you?
