How do you start an adoption center??

I want to start an adoption center, can someone tell me how?
or the steps to?

First, you would need alot of pets. Maybe pets from past months or events that you dont want or need. Second, you would have to start a post (in the free adoptions center of the forums) and make your own rules. These rules would be something like "Take only 3 pets a day ; Bump this post" Then, people would send you trades asking for your adoption center pets, and then you have a successful adoption center! Id recommend looking at other user's centers for ideas as well.
