Text between images

Hi, I'm trying to do my signature and want to write text between pictures. Above middle one and on the side of others. If it's impossible I can remove middle picture. I just need text to be not up or down but in the middle.

My code looks like this now

I found example for what look I want to achieve. How to do pictures not going down and staying on the side, and also text be like this?
