oekaki boards clarification?

so sorry if this isn't the right place for this, i know there's a thread for oekaki questions but this isn't anything technical.

what is the difference between "Adoptables 1: Independent/One-Off" and its sub-board "Adopts 1: Pets"? they seem to be used interchangeably haha. thanks for any clarification about this!

for me, i use "adoptables 1" for something like this: link

but then when i colour it in for someone i put it in "adopts 1: pets"
