Image with text next to it

I'm making a barn page for my horses, however I saw a particular format I wanted to achieve. This player has their horses on one side, along with a link to their original page and then text beside it.



I wanted to attempt this, however I can't get the image to go beside the text. It seems like its because its too big? Can I use coding to resize the image or would I have to resize it in a separate program?
