Recovering an old account

I originally started playing CS back around 2009. I played for a few years with my sister before we became unable to to play for a while and kind of fell out of playing. If I could remember my old login name, would there be any way that my old account and pets could be recovered or has the account been inactive for too long?

If you still have access to the email you used, you should be able to use that and reset your password ^^
unless chicken smoothie does delete old unused accounts, which I'm unsure of, but I don't think it's something they do.
You should be able to check if the account is still active by trying to search it up or trying to trade it.

accounts are never deleted if they still have pets on them! if you cannot log back in, send in a help ticket to see if staff can help you c:
