Can I use free art on toyhouse?

Hi! If someone is giving away free artwork am I allowed to put it on my toyhou.se as an OC? And if so, do I have to credit them or not? Thank you!

- ask the artist if it is okay to take their art offsite!
always credit the artist to prevent art theft. it's best to provide a link to either the user, or the thread where they are offering the art c:
