Chicken Dollars

Hopefully i put this in the right forum, but does anyone know why I can't purchase chicken dollars? I've tried a few times and it keeps telling me my card is declined, but all my info is right so why would my card get declined? idk im just confused ;-;

i'd check that you have the correct funds, but if that isn't the issue it might be the type of card. what card are you using?

i definitely have the correct funds ): and the type of card is a debit card. i've used my card with paypal before and there wasn't an issue..

if it's not a basic issue then unfortunately i don't think regular members will be able to help :[ i'd recommend sending a help ticket so moderators can take a closer look.
