If that hiccup was back in chapter 2 and was already posted, and you've fixed it already, you should have no trouble there. If you have images in the post for chapter 7, certain image hosting sites that CS has deemed risky need their images approved by a moderator to make sure they're appropriate. So as long as any images you have used are appropriate for CS, you should be fine. I don't think CS holds posts with swear words for approval, just censors them.
