[RESOLVED] PM Settings Amiss?

I've been told by multiple users that they can't send me PMs, despite my settings saying they should be able to. Am I misunderstanding a setting here?

These are my current settings:

If they've been able to message you previously, go to your profile and click the 'Private Messages' tab at the top. Look to the left and the bottom tab should say 'Rules, folders, & settings'

Make sure that the bottom bubble isn't ticked or it won't allow you to receive new messages!

Hey! If what Bluebird has pointed out isn't your issue, then I think your problem might be that the additional PM settings in My Account -> 'Friends & blocked users' could be set to something other than 'Allow everybody to send you private messages'.
Here's a visual reference of where the settings are and what they should be set to in order to be able to receive messages from all users.
