Ok today is Halloween and why I have only 1 token i had like 7-10-8 and i thought to trade it today and i can not bcs i dont have tokens can you please explain i am frustrated

there's no way your tokens would disappear - are you sure you didn't already trade them in for rewards, or traded them with another user?
if you're sure that you didn't trade them away, try sending in a help ticket.

Your tokens cannot be taken without there being a trade in your trading center from the system account Totoro; that's where your tokens go when you trade them in. You can check your trading center for trades from Totoro by going to the bottom of your completed trades and where it says "Find trades with partner," type 'Totoro' into the search.

If you cannot find the trade with Totoro, what might have happened was one of these two things:

If you were trading in tokens and clicked the 'back' button on your browser instead of clicking the link on the page that shows the pet or items you got to go back to the trade in page, the trade in page might have shown more tokens that you actually had, than when you tried to trade in and it didn't go through. When you hit the "Back" button, your browser displays the old content and does not refresh the page, so it is displaying an incorrect token count.

The same thing might also have happened if you were doing trade-ins in multiple tabs on your browser; the tab you were on might have said you had more tokens than you actually had, so when you tried to trade in it didn't work because the tokens had already been used on a trade-in on a different tab.

If one of those happened the page probably refreshed when you tried to trade in instead of going to the page showing the pet or items you got.
