Looks like a rat from July 2008: archive/2008/July/Rat

The Rares List has been officially discontinued, but it seems this rat used to be on the September list, around mid-to-high: Forum/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=3377402&start=10#p107202426

I think it’s called the Flower or Toxic Rat. You adopted this little fella from the December 18 rereleases, so congrats! :)
