Pound countdown timer went to zero, but didnt open?

Hey there,

I was following the Pound's countdown timer by refreshing, and after 1 second, the pound didnt open. It just says, "will open in 4 hours".

Anyone else experience this?

Hi there!

It sounds like you may have been looking at the wrong countdown timer.

Because you are only allowed to adopt from the Pound once every 3 hours, if you have adopted within that timeframe then you will see a timer which is counting down to when you would be able to adopt again, if the pound were open at that time.



However, this timer may finish and the pound might not be open, which sounds like what happened to you. You would have been able to adopt at that moment if the pound were open, but it was not.

I really thought it was a "the pound will open in xxx minutes" timer, but that is definitely what happened!
