Fins?

For the life of me, I cannot figure out where all the fins from the halloween event go. I think they're made for dogs? But there's so many parts I can't figure out that I'm unsure. Does anyone have any ideas?

The big fins go on dogs, but the scales can go on any of the animals. You can arrange the fins/scales however you like. Some of them really aren't made for a certain body part.

the dorsal (back) fin is meant to go on the back of your pets. all of the other items don't really have a designated place where they go and can be used wherever and however you want.
