Sooooooooo... im not sure how to get the halloween candies, could someone help me with that?

Assuming you're referring to tokens, you can receive them from banners randomly found at the bottom of most CS pages.

The banners will look like this, and all you have to do is click on them to receive a prize. Once you've clicked on a banner, you will have to wait 20 minutes until you can find another one.
