Question about PPS

Would an egg with PPS/Peter Pan Syndrome (https://www.chickensmoothie.com/help/pets#pps) stay an egg forever? Would they not hatch?

Yup^^
If a pet has PPS on it it will pretty much not change. Regardless of what stage it is at, it will stay the way it is right now^^
