How do you trade C$ ?

I'm new and i was thinking about selling art to make C$ but how do you trade them? in the trading center it only says pets and items, but not currency.

Whether or not you are able to add C$ to a trade with someone depends on if you or they actually have C$ on the account, and in the case of asking for C$ from the other user, also on whether or not they set their options to accept offers on their C$.

Here's a bunch of screenshots showing how it looks in each case:

I have C$ to offer, but my friend doesn't have C$ or has blocked offers. I can offer them my C$, but can't ask for any from them.


I have C$, but the General Helpers Adoption Alliance, which I'm shamelessly using to take the screenshot other account doesn't. Someone who doesn't have any C$ could therefore ask for mine, but cannot offer me any.


And here's the trade screen when neither side is able/allowing C$ trades.

Now here's a different trade with a different person, where we both are open to C$ offers:

Clicking the "add C$" button opens the above option that asks you how many C$ you want to ad to the trade.
You simply enter the number and then hit the enter button. If you've made a mistake, you can remove the C$ from the trade via the "remove" button, or change the number. Do note that it is possible to ask for more C$ than the other person actually owns. They cannot accept the trade if you do, so make sure you and your trade partner have communicated to each other how much C$ each of you actually have available^^

The option to turn C$ offers on and off is found in your trade settings under "Allow players to make trade offers for my Chicken Dollars".
