Token Hunting Glitch?

Hi there, I was hoping someone may be able to help me with this issue.
I clicked on the Halloween banner I found and I wasn't able to obtain the token.

This usually happens when you double click the banner or refresh in the middle of it loading. You still got the token, if you look in your items.

It does appear that the token was added, I just checked.
