Feathered blue wings and solid blue contacts?

Hiya! This is edited, please don't mind the other replies. I'm looking for some feathered blue wings and solid blue eye contacts, if any exist.
For reference, I'm trying to make a cosplay of my fursona, making the feathers, tips of wings, and marking with Will-O-Wisps (And if I can't find blue feathered wings/solid blue contacts, I'll make those with the wisps too):

I can't find any with a bobtail, but there's this plain orange cat from November 2014 I believe:



I'll keep an eye out for any better orange cats though!

You could probably try layering these two wing sets on top of one another to recreate the fading effect

The colours don't fit super well, but as far as I can recall, the only wings we have with the shade of blue matching your reference are dragon/bat style wings.
They're store items and thus easy to come by.

Now, contacts are tricky. We have a set of smoky blue contacts from Halloween 2014 that fit what you need super well, but as far as I recall they do not fit the cat lineart. (And a quick search of the discussion thread from '14 shows me a post of someone saying the same.)
However, the 'starblind' contacts from Halloween 2016 and the 'blue demon' contacts from Halloween 2015 do fit cats and might be close:

The blue skeleton contacts from Halloween 2015 also fit cats and give a sold blue eye colour, but it does also apply a skeleton marking to the body. The wispy contacts ("blue glowy eyes") from Halloween 2014 do fit cats, unlike the smoky ones, and might be useful.
