I actually don't know what it is but, I saw it in the free cs adoption forum and it stated I need to bump to adopt.

I'm an idiot I don't know what that means... I'm just new to chicken smoothie.

Where can I find the bump button?

It's alright if you didn't understand, you're not an idiot don't worry! When people have to "bump" to adopt it just means you gotta reply to the post saying the actual word "bump" or something similar to that. You're basically bringing up/bumping the topic so more people can see it.
