if you block a user can they see your posts, threads, etc.? can they respond to you?
I know they can't PM/send trades, and it hides their posts in the forums, but what about them?

They can still see your posts and threads as well as respond to them, but if a user is harassing you on the forums you can report them for it.

ah, I was afraid of that... no, there's just some really rude users posting in some threads I'd love to participate in, but not if they're going to respond to me to give me their two cents 9.6 thanks!!

If you feel someone is being rude, please report them from the post or their profile page so staff can look into it.

I mean I don't feel like it's necessary. this person isn't necessarily breaking a rule, they mostly just give really wrong advice like being a bad person is okay and you don't have to change etc. I personally don't want those comments on my post haha, but I don't really see that something as bad as reporting... unless I'm wrong. I just don't want to take the staff's time if it's nothing serious.

It's okay to report the person if they know they're giving incorrect advice, and worse if they benefit from it, and also if they don't know but still reply.
