pound not working, help

hello!
uh, i have a problem.
the pound hasnt been working for me recently.
everytime it opens,the "the pound/lost and found will open in: (1) hour" disappears?? and it doesnt show any pets or items, i can only donate.
and then, this only happened once but, i was refreshing the page, and i was exactly on time, but when i refreshed all the pets and items were already gone???
it only works when im extremely late, but not even all the time.
i really need help.

There are two different counters - one that counts down to when the pound/L+F will open, and one that counts down to when you would be able to adopt again if either were open. Both are automatic so there's no way that if it were the first counter, the pound/L+F then wouldn't open. So make absolutely sure you're reading the countdown message right: you'll probably find it's the second counter.

If this does happen again and you can get a screenshot of the actual countdown and the time on your PC, that would help troubleshoot!

Also as mentioned in your previous thread, please make sure not to bump your thread until it has fallen off the first page, as any more frequently is counted as spam. (:
