HELP MY PETS DISAPPEARED!!

the pets missing are skyfur and the pink dog

does anyone know what's going on/how to fix this??

If you go to the trade, you should be able to click on the pets and see which group they're in at the top of the screen. It would say something like this: "Pets Without A Group<Adopted Pet". Click that and it may help you figure out where they are. If you can't find them that way, definitely send in a help ticket.

Actually it seems like you do have them around, they are already in your rare folder so dont panic
But just at a glance I actually dont see dog around, but I also wasn't looking super hard so Im sure they are around somewhere <3

The pink dog seems to be here, currently page 7 in your "Pets without a group". Looks like it is a reconstructed pet, meaning it had to be remade for some reason (ex. it might have been involved in a scam at some point and reversing the trades would have been too troublesome, so a copy was generated instead). The new pet would've been given the next available ID number, which caused it to be sorted among the 2016 pets even though the adoption date is 2010, because pets in groups are sorted by ID.
