Purposely Ignoring Emails/Messages

Postby summerberry » Mon Jun 17, 2019 3:11 pm

At this moment, the question I had is no longer of my concern and is resolved. I still believe there should be an effort in response to a question asking for help which is supposed to be encouraged. I know other users had problems about their concerns regarding account reactivation too. Says you need to contact a moderator, moderator never gets back to you. "Get back to them as soon as possible" but weeks later and nothing. Had another concern, got a reply within days. Upon deactivating an account, just leave out the message saying you need to get a moderator to help when you know nobody will do such thing.

The moderators don't ignore help tickets, however they do reply to the most important and critical ones. deactivating an account isn't that critical (reactivating one is however). It also depends what level the ticket it, as some levels many of the staff can reply to, whilst on others, there are very limited staff that can answer it.

The one I got a reply to wasn't "critical." Another user posted here saying they never got a reply on the situation after months. I know that it's never going to get responded to, so it is therefore being ignored.

Hey there,
Staff do not purposely ignore emails, help tickets or messages from users. We receive many tickets a day, and queries regarding account deactivation are dealt with by administrators who get the most tickets. If you feel your ticket has not been answered you can always ask for an update by replying to the CS Help PM you received, though please do not create multiple tickets as that will make the situation more confusing. Otherwise posts like this are considered rants which we do not allow on CS as they become harbors of negativity.

Please be patient as staff will get back to you when we can. :)
