When do we find out rarity?

Hello! This is a totally noob question and I'm sorry if it's been asked before, but...

When do we find out the rarity for monthly pets and store pets? I figure the monthly pets must be at the end of the next month (to account for people who got them near the end of the month, so as not to spoil the surprise for them), but what about the store pets? I got both the May and June store pets.

I can't wait to find out what rarities I got. I love this site!

A pet will get its rarity around 1-3 months after it cannot be adopted anymore. ^^
