I believe that’s fine, just so long as transactions aren’t made on CS itself. Please do correct me if I’m wrong, though. :)

Also as long as none of your personal information can be seen on your Etsy! (name, town, etc)
Was your pet adopted December 18, any year, or December 24, 2011? It is most likely an older pet! CLICK ME to identify your pet!
Spread the word to end the word, because discrimination based on perceived or actual IQ/"intelligence" is no better than discrimination based on race, gender, etc.

As long as you aren't linking to anything that breaks CS rules (personal information like Nickjr said, as well as anything not suitable for young children, etc.) and the sales are arranged/discussed entirely off-site, it's fine to advertise your shop here.
You can check what specifically isn't allowed for personal info here, and the FAQ here provides a guideline for what else could get you in trouble. If you still aren't sure, you can always send the link in a help ticket for staff approval before you share it publicly.
