Pound/Adoption Centre Donations

Hey if you donate pets to someone for a pound or adoption centre do they have to use it for the adoption centre or can they keep the pets as their own?

Also if it isn't allowed and someone tries to keep the pet as their own what can be done?

if you donate pets to an adoption center, the user running the adoption center is not allowed to keep the pet to themselves. if the user does so, you can report them to the staff or send in a help ticket c:
