Forgotten username and password

Hi, I used to have an account on here years ago but it's been so long I've forgotten it's username and password.
I still have the email it's connected to so is their any way of getting it back?

(i'll deactivate this account if i can have it back so that i'm not braking any rules.)

It's best to send in a help ticket explaining the situation, as staff are the only ones who can help with this. You don't even need an account to send one; staff can reply through email.
