Did your post include any images? Sometimes posts that include images from outside sources will need to be approved, to make sure the image is appropriate for CS. Its nothing to worry about, happens to everyone. I'd just suggest checking back in a bit to see if its been approved yet. Approval can take up to 24 hours, but its usually done much sooner than that.
