Help and advice, and opinions, needed please

Hi sorry for taking you time, but I could use some help and advice.

So I have some OCs that are public to see because there in the character storage forum,

And i have been enjoying having people draw them so that I can have art work of the characters

But I can help but feel nervous that the more I post them the more of the chance that they could get stolen with out me knowing,

I have proof that the characters are mine so that's not the problem what I'm worried about is that some of my more precious characters that mean something to me, will be stolen with out my knowing.

So I was wondering how you guys deal with this

Should I downloaded and deleted the links to my most favorites and just stick to my own drawings
Or not worry about because I know that the OCs are mine whether they get stolen or not.

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated

honestly, this sort of thing is kind of hard to deal with. i’ve also been afraid of posting my own work or showing it to others in fear that it will get stolen, but i think you should honestly share your OCs anyway. i know from experience that things like characters aren’t nearly as fun and enjoyable when you keep them all cooped up to yourself. in the case that someone does happen to copy your characters, if they post it on CS, you can always report them with the evidence that those characters belong to you, and the staff will take it down.

Perhaps you could add a watermark or signature to the images of your characters that says they are owned by you? That might give you piece of mind. Also, if there is every any theft committed on CS we will always take very quick action to stop others from using your characters; we take that very seriously here.

Thank you so much Its very reassuring to no that my OC have staff protection
And I really appreciate the help

I do tend to put my art signature in my picture that I keep to myself
So if I ever share my art I'll make sure to do that :3

And as far as my OC go the ones I've shared I got on this site, and because I can't put water marks on those pictures I tend to put the link to were I got them
