I recommend you and your sister stay on your separate accounts, as having two accounts regardless of the reason is against CS rules. Sharing one account with a friend or family member is fine— However, having two interchangeable accounts is questionable and could result in a warning or, worst case, even a ban.

If you’re worried about being suspected of cheating, try sending in a help ticket for clarification. To add, you and your sister can participate in the event. You can trade eachother too, as trading with family and/or friends isn’t against the rules. However, I recommend trying to keep the trades between you two more fair as precautionary measures.

“Sitting” an account to grab pets, tokens, etc is allowed IF they really are two separate users who play on their own all other times. However this comes with risks, as any action the other person takes on your account will be treated as if you did it. If they post something inappropriate, try to steal all your pets, start fights with other users, etc, you will receive the punishment (and their account may be treated as a multi in that case).

So in short, if you have that trust you can get tokens for each other as long as all your other traffic clearly is two separate people both playing for their own enjoyment. But it is not recommended.
