Messages (1) wont go away- fixed

Theres nothing there but I can get the "(1)" to go away.

I had a full inbox so I deleted a few things and move some others. I had some apparently unread messages and have clicked them multiple times and they still show as read (they are old messages and weren't a problem until today)
I've also tried logging out. Still there

You need to hit the button to release the new message.
It says "release all on hold messages " or something similar

I've had that problem times 10 because I had over 600 stuck

So if clicking the release button doesn't work
I'd suggest that you send a help ticket

That's what I did, and then Nick ended up helping fix the problem

There’s no harm in clearing your cache. It might fix the problem. If nothing else, than I suggest sending in a help ticket. It could be a problem arising due to all the new updates implemented as of late.
