Copying layers in oekaki?

How do you copy layers in the oekaki??
i'm making a frog circle, i need frogs
click the frog for the frog circle
frog avatar is just a cs frog item, i didn't draw it

If you're looking to copy a layer you can do layers > duplicate and it will copy the layer that you're on ^^

Regular commissions [aside from minis] are usually closed during semesters
unless for USD [Slots taken]
