Site Errors

Not sure if this is the right place to put this, but is anyone else experiencing glitches where their pets disappear randomly ? I am, and it freaks me out sometimes to see pets I love gone and then reappear

Do you mean just the image? Or like the entire pet, as if you don't have it?

The entire pet seems to disappear, I'll go to my group and I notice a pet is missing sometimes and later it's back

This is really weird here are some ideas to help it though

1. have to tried logging out and back in to your account?

2. try to play on a different device see if that does anything it might just be on the computer/iPad/phone you are using

Sometimes doing a force refresh can fix some things up like this? Ctrl + F5 does a hard refresh and it can fix some visual errors, but if the number of pets in that group is physically changing it may be on their side.
