how do i search users?

i looked it up and it said that inbetween the View Bookmarks and Search, there was a button saying Members, but there sure isn't, at least not for me. all i see is

It disappeared for some reason, the staff are aware and trying to fix it. You can still go to it manually to search a member: Forum/memberlist.php
