Looks like a recent addition in the store to make the free items and item sets more obvious ^^ Not sure when it got added, must have been fairly recent though. Previously they were set up the same as the paid items and just said 'free' instead of a price, so its wasn't obvious unless you looked through each of the items & prices to see if any were free. This way they are a lot more visible now.
