How do you copy a layer?

I've been on here a while, but I have a question- how do you delete a layer on the oekaki?!
i'm making a frog circle, i need frogs

frog avatar is just a cs frog item, i didn't draw it

Make sure you're on the layer you want to delete and hit the minus button under the layers
