How do I say to admins to lock an account?

Hello! Two years ago. I had made a account named 'doctor Simisox' and now I do not need that account. Days ago I read a thing about account must be one. How do I lock it by admins?

You can send in a help ticket to get that handled, though you may need to send the ticket from that account;
