at what point are trades considered too big?

Postby weegeestar5 » Tue Mar 26, 2019 7:27 am

so, sometimes my friends send me gifts - and I get very anxious about accepting them as im worried it will be seen as breaking the rules. at what point is a gift considered too big? or are big gifts fine, providing they're not frequent? (though that does raise a question of how frequent is too frequent?)
none of their accounts exist solely to benefit me, and all actively use cs - and none of them live with me or are even in the same country

and also, what about art payment? if someone orders art frequently from me and pays with cs pets, is that fine? would that count as frequent gifting because my side of the trade is blank, even though they are receiving art/designs?

this is just something that ive been very anxious about for a while, and i would appreciate any answers
if this would be better as a help ticket, let me know!

want to hold on and feel i belong

they're the ones that stay the same
they don't know me

Gifting potentially being considering cheating mainly applies to people who are on the same IP, as they could reasonably be the same person. So generally there isn’t anything to worry about with CS friends gifting you or art payment. Even offsite trades are usually alright, though really huge ones should still get passed by the mods first through help ticket. If you are really worried about a big gift/payment, send in a help ticket about it, but otherwise I don’t think there is anything to worry about in this scenario.
