hey, this is probably silly, but I cant find the updated new list pet form.

Could you perhaps specify what you mean?^^
If you're asking about the latest changes to the list in general:
The list thread can be found here. The last updates that it received were all about moving OMGSR pets towards the top of the main list, and you can check out all the last moves and additions in the "recent updates" section of the index.
The last new pets added to the list were the 2011 and 2012 store pets, to the advent list.

If you're asking about the locked thread: Based on the outcome of a recently held community poll, the list has actually been retired this month, so the thread lock is permanent and there is not going to be a new one.
It can still be used as a reference by those who wish to, but it will not receive any further updates from this point on.
If you're curious about the motivations behind people's votes you're free to read up on the thread itself - the main reasons were that a lot of people found the list to be outdated and inaccurate beyond fixing, but there's many different opinions preserved on the thread if you want more details. The front page posts have also been updated with information.

There are, however, active guide projects such as the rarity list that you could check out if interested.
