Stamp Images Glitching?

I checked the past 5 pages of topics and didn't see any titled about this, but for the past month+ or so the stamp collection, both on the profile and in the editor itself, have been super jpeg-y looking. It's only the images that are blocky/pixelated looking, everything else on the page is fine.
If it was everything/images other than just stamps, I'd assume it was something on my end messing up, but then I haven't seen anything about it here so maybe it really is just me? I haven't been active much (re: at all) in the forums the past few months so it's possible I missed something, super sorry if that is the case. How to fix it would be much appreciated though if so.

Heya! Are you on mobile or PC? What browser are you using?

If you’re on a PC make sure you’re not zoomed in or out slightly. CTRL (or CMD on Mac) + 0 will reset your zoom.

It's on both my laptop and on my phone. Chrome for both, updated. No changes have occurred for zooming, and no other images on the site are effected. :?
