edit: also, i'm not sure what aliasing and anti-aliasing really is, but you can change the pencil brush so that it's round pixelated, which lets you fill it in without the weird outline? but it only works if it's on the same layer as the outline. not sure if you knew about this or not, though i'm not really sure what the difference between aliasing and the round pixel brush is?
if you've ever drawn on animal jam,
they have aliasing, but it's not pixel-y.
