I am new and my sister RaeofTexas and i are at the public library. it showed a warning and i am confused. i understand there can only be one account per person. and there is, but both my sister and i got the notification. so im wondering if it has anything to do with the library itself. ani info would be quite helpful! thank you!

It is probably due to having the same IP address from the same location. If you both live together and play CS on the same internet connection, it'll probably show whenever you trade with each-other just to remind you neither account can play to solely benefit the other. I wouldn't worry too much about it as long as you aren't breaking the rules of account-sharing.
